For Parties of 20 or More
Applies to all reservations with more than 20 guests.
Must secure the reservation with a valid credit card.
Person making the reservation must notify restaurant of cancellation or reduction in the number of guest at least 24 hours prior to time of the reservation.
Failure to give at least 24 hours advanced notice of cancellation or any changes to the confirmed reservation will result in a $20 ‘ NO SHOW’ penalty per guest that fails to honor the confirmed reservation.
Parties with more than twenty guests must pay on one check. InJapan can split the amount of the final guest check evenly among up to five credit cards.
Upon accepting the terms of InJapan’s Reservation Policy, the organizer’s credit card will be charged a $1 deposit per confirmed guest. This deposit will be applied towards the final check.
In order to Best Serve All of Our Customers
We kindly ask only completed parties will be seated. Due to our unique seating arrangements, wait times may vary. However, “Reservation” and “Priority Seating” with all parties present respectively, will have the shortest wait time.
On consideration to all arties and to minimize wait times, there is a 1 hour 30 minutes time limit from the time seated or reservation.
When seated at a Hibachi table, there is no moving or choosing seats until the Chef has double checked everyone’s orders.
Parties less than 10 people must allow other parties to join and cannot claim the whole table due to limited number or Chef and Wait-staff.
